Mr. Mendoza is an Audit and Consulting Partner at MM & Company, LLP and is responsible for all attestation services including, auditing, and accounting related services, business and tax consulting, administration, marketing and recruiting. He is very active, both professionally and in the community, holding various positions in professional community organizations. He has over 40 years of experience in public accounting.
Directly involved in auditing, accounting, and consulting services in a wide variety of business and industry types including, but not limited to: medical, construction and development, equipment leasing and sales, mortgage banking, manufacturing, oil and gas, oil refining, mining, software development and sales, governmental, not-for-profit, retail, finance, and high-tech.
Mr. Mendoza’s experience includes a wide range of services provided for a diverse array of clients including, but not limited to: closely-held businesses with multiple structures including; subchapter S corporations, corporations, LLCs, retirement plans, partnerships, complex trusts, individuals, governmental entities, and not-for-profit organizations.
Extensive experience with start-ups, capital raising, complex capital structures, reporting entities, stock incentive plans, mergers and acquisitions, various complex accounting issues, solutions, and related reporting.
Extensive experience in international business in the U.K., Singapore, Cambodia, China, Egypt, South America, Canada, Mexico, South America, and Puerto Rico.
Background:
Mr. Mendoza is a graduate of California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. He is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
